I can tell from the moment I walk in these people love their jobs (or their actions showed it). The Doctor was direct and clear on what I was doing wrong. Also, she let me know what I was doing right. Most people try not to tell offensive truths ; nonetheless, she was not scared too. She picked a good choice of words to convey the message.
